Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Shipments will be sent exclusively to the address provided during checkout, with the shipping and billing addresses required to match for security purposes. Delivery details cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.

We retain the right to alter listed products on the website without prior notice and may, at times, restrict the quantity of products that can be ordered in a single session. Additionally, we may modify or discontinue any products featured on the website. In the event of a discontinued item, a full refund will be issued for the product purchased but not yet shipped.

Due to a high order volume, we process orders in the order they are received. Shipping cannot be consolidated for orders heading to the same address. All website orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If an item you've ordered is no longer available, we will promptly notify you.

 

Order Status

Once your order is dispatched, an email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Please anticipate 72 hours for live tracking updates to become available.

Please note that we do not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Additionally, it's important to be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
